Just what is Fair Trade tea?

Fair trade certified tea means the tea is grown on an estate that provides its workers with fair wages, safe working conditions, adequate housing, health care and education for their families.

I'd rather support Fair Trade than organic when it comes to my Puerh. I believe it's more ethical. I don't want the cheapest tea that's soaked with chemicals but only the bigger farms get certified as organic and I like the small artisan teas as well.
