I've just found your blog and love it...this butter recipe looks wonderful. I am also a tea enthusiast, and love all things tea, so I'll be back for many visits! May I use your A Cup of Tea poem from 2008 on my blog?

God bless,
Mary

This just got me thinking that butter could be blended with all kinds of other spreads too. Like jams and jellies. And I know infusing butter with tea leaves is a good thing. --Spirituality of Tea

Sounds like a lovely spread and a pretty picture too.

I will have to try this recipe. I have several jars of apple butter from our last trip to the Apple Barn in Pigeon Forge, TN.
