Green Tea White Wine Sangria

This is delicious!

It's a creation by Will, Kitchen Manager at Fuschia Tea Emporium in Charleston, SC. We were served this refreshing drink at the Bridal Afternoon Tea Shower that I recently hosted for my future daughter-in-love.

Green Tea White Wine Sangria

For each 8 oz. glass:

- 4 oz prepared Green Tea
- 4 oz White Wine (Chardonnay was used in ours)
- Sweetener (Agava Nector was used in ours)

Pour over ice

Add fruit (Lemon, lime, orange, blueberries and a sprig of mint was used in ours)

That sound very refreshing on a hot summer day.

I created one by accident (well, I knew that it might work). Green tea and white wine will go together I thought. Instead of a sugar, I think a mint leaf would be great. Like the mint leaf in a mojito drink. Could we call the drink a "Casey"? It should have a name of course--it's cathy-sincerly, Roger Crawford
