The Tea Police

My Pennsylvania tea blogging friend Nancy over at Rosemary's Sampler sent me this image of the police badge from Tea, South Dakota. (Thanks, Nancy!)

What would be the responsibilities of the "tea police" if there were such a thing??!!

Wouldn't it be fun to live in a place called Tea?

Let's see, tea police responsibilites: making sure everyone has a cup at least once a day, making sure they use good quality tea, correct brewing methods . . .

Just fun to imagine at least.

1. No tea shall be drunk in a hurry.
2. Tea bags allowed only in appropriate zones (office, vacation, etc.).
3. Improper water temperature shall result in a fine of not less than 25 cents per cup.
4. Oversteepers shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
5. Anyone drinking tea out of styrofoam shall go directly to jail!

How's that for starters!

Love it! If I were there, I might have to bribe them to let me inside!
