Tea Cup Balconies in Japan

The Japanese really know how to take tea to new heights!!!

How awesome! What a way to go out on the balcony! Denise: The wooden lady was from an antique mall years and years looks like the stuff they were making in the 80's to me!

I read that this building houses a store that sells kitchen wares.
I wonder if the balcony is for an apartment or offices.
How cool and I wish I could have a cup of tea there. That street light looks a little like a tea spoon!
